About Us
The GoodNeighbor Project is a non-profit organization started in 2021 by a group of university students. Our mission is to bolster people without homes to seek help from social service organizations in our area. We aim to serve our community through direct action campaigns that connect people without homes with existing services that can help them get back on their feet.
Our program relies on a multi-step community action model. We build partnerships with local community organizations battling homelessness and host volunteer service events. In addition, we run a side-by-side information campaign, where we create educational materials that inform people that are unhoused on available aid.
